BATAM, DURASI.co.id<\/strong> – Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam) melalui Biro Humas, Promosi, dan Protokol bersama Ombudsman Republik Indonesia menggelar Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dalam rangka Pendampingan Penilaian Kepatuhan Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2024 di lingkungan BP Batam pada Rabu (28\/2\/2024) di Balairungsari BP Batam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dibuka oleh Anggota Bidang Administrasi dan Keuangan, Wahjoe Triwidijo Koentjoro, FGD ini menghadirkan narasumber Asisten Muda Ombudsman RI, Maulana Putra beserta tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam sambutannya, Wahjoe menjelaskan pentingnya implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik khususnya di lingkungan BP Batam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDengan mengedepankan prinsip dan asas pelayanan publik, implementasi Undang-Undang tentang Pelayanan Publik wajib kita jadikan landasan sebagai dasar bagi kita untuk melayani masyarakat maupun investor,\u201d ujar Wahjoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ia turut menjelaskan bahwa Ombudsman RI adalah lembaga yang berwenang untuk menilai kepatuhan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di lingkungan Badan Publik dan momen ini menjadi kesempatan emas bagi BP Batam untuk mengevaluasi penilaian sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTerima kasih kepada Ombudsman RI sudah mengagendakan pendampingan penilaian kepada BP Batam, bagi kami kesempatan ini sangat berharga dan kami tentu berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik kami dengan harapan akan meningkatkan hasil penilaian BP Batam oleh Ombudsman RI kedepannya,\u201d terang Wahjoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setelah FGD yang diikuti oleh 12 Unit Pelayanan dan Badan Usaha di lingkungan BP Batam ini selesai digelar, Tim Ombudsman RI didampingi Tim Humas BP Batam melangsungkan kunjungan lapangan ke Pusat Perencanaan Program Strategis, Badan Usaha Sistem Pengelolaan Air Minum, Badan Usaha Fasilitas dan Lingkungan, serta Direktorat Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu guna mengecek kesiapan pelayanan pada masing-masing Unit Kerja tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, di kesempatan berbeda Kepala BP Batam, Muhammad Rudi turut menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya akan terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat hingga investor dalam mengurus kepentingannya di BP Batam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
